RESUMO Fundamental é a importância que o Direito dê passos similares às constantes mudanças ocorridas nas relações familiares no decorrer dos tempos, conseguir acompanhar tais mudanças, tutelando todos os direitos que necessitam de guarda, respeito e paridade. One must not forget the concepts traditionalists who imprison rights, covering the eyes of justice, that the factual situation is covered by new ways of guaranteeing protection of the new needs.
